It all started long before Emotions Factory became an online store.
We are Krasi and Zheni – sisters who have always loved organizing beautiful surprises for their family and friends.
Every birthday, bachelorette party, christening, or family gathering was a new inspiration. We searched for ideas, combined colors, and carefully selected every detail.
But almost always, we encountered the same problem – there was no place where we could find everything needed for a beautiful and complete celebration.
And then we asked ourselves one question:
"Why doesn't such a store exist?"
Since we couldn't find it, we decided to create it.
That's how Emotions Factory was born.
We prepared the first orders at home.
With each shipment sent, our customer base grew, and the small space gradually filled with boxes, balloons, and new ideas.
Eventually, we took the next step and opened our first small brick-and-mortar store.
Today, Emotions Factory has its own store with an area of 100 sq.m, offers over 3000 carefully selected products, and every day helps hundreds of families organize their celebrations more easily.
Despite everything that has changed over the years, one idea has remained the same:
To be the place we ourselves once sought.
A beautiful celebration is not defined by how lavish it is.
It is defined by the people we share it with.
That's why we carefully select each collection so that the products are easy to combine and help you organize your celebration calmly and with confidence.
