RETURN CONDITIONS
We at Emotion's Factory want you to fall in love with our products and become our biggest fans! But if for any reason you don't like the product you received, it can be returned for a full refund of the amount paid! We appreciate all constructive feedback on how we can make your Emotion's Factory experience unforgettable!
Returning is easy – just follow these steps:

All products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase;

Please note that the cost of returning the products is at your expense. If you have a product to return, please first write to us at: info@emotionsfactory.bg;

Upon receipt of the shipment at our office, you will receive a confirmation email. The contents of the shipment will be checked and processed by our team, after which you will receive a final notification by email, containing details regarding the refund amount: product name, value, IBAN. Please make sure you have checked the data in this email. In case we do not yet have your IBAN, please send it to us at info@emotionsfactory.bg;

In case the returned product is not delivered to our office, we cannot provide a refund of the amount paid. To ensure this, please use a courier company through which you can track your shipment. The return conditions of Emotion's Factory are not valid for orders of graphic products based on a customer-approved design. Please contact our team by email: info@emotionsfactory.bg and we will clarify the possible options for you.
