The use of this website, hereinafter referred to as the SITE, and the goods offered on it by the site owner, hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLIER, constitutes an acknowledgment, acceptance and agreement that the customer/user, hereinafter referred to as the USER, will be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping and Payment Methods and our Return Policy, regardless of whether the use is performed on his behalf or on behalf of another natural or legal person.

The user is obliged, if they do not agree with the general terms and conditions, to stop using this website immediately.

LAWS, JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

TERMS OF PURCHASE

All prices in the SUPPLIER's online store are in Bulgarian Levs. The Purchase Price is the one displayed at the time a product is added to the "Cart".

Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the USER with the courier company "Econt Express". The delivery costs of the product to the USER are determined by the locality and the weight of the order in kilograms. Delivery costs are not included in the prices announced on the SITE and are borne by the USER, unless it is explicitly stated that the respective product is delivered free of charge.

The payment method is determined by the USER at the time of placing the order.

• Cash on delivery: The USER may be charged a fee according to the tariff of the chosen courier company, which will be added to the courier service fee and is due at the time of receipt of the goods.
• Bank transfer: The USER may be charged a bank transfer fee, as well as other fees, which are determined by the servicing bank.
