We use MailChimp - an online marketing platform operated by "The Rocket Science Group LLC", a company based in Georgia, United States of America. MailChimp is marketing automation software for e-commerce with the aim of analyzing, profiling, and sending personalized communication and offers.
These actions have no legal effect or other significant impact on users. The only consequences for the user when using profiling methods would be receiving personalized marketing offers and discounts. Every user has the right to refuse profiling and receiving commercial communication without any other effect than not receiving personalized marketing offers and discounts.
For the purposes of data processing, profiling (tracking actions) and interaction with the website, MailChimp automatically collects and stores the following data: user's email address, phone number, names, gender, address, city, county, date of birth, order ID, discount code, discount code value, order value, shipping value, product price, product(s), product variations, IP, browser, operating system, cookie, location based on IP, date and time, viewed pages, category(ies), brand(s), image click, mouse hover over add-to-cart button, scroll up-down, add to cart, remove from cart, select variations, add to wish list, comment, like and share on Facebook, visit Help pages.
The group of targeted subjects are visitors, registered users, and customers of the website, as applicable and depending on the selected service. Visitor data will be stored for a period of 2 months, while registered user and customer data will be stored for a period of 3 years.
When delivering the Service to the Client, MailChimp uses third-party services (Subcontractors) located in the EEA and the USA (for Push Notifications only), and the transfer of personal data is based on the EU-US Privacy Shield; data is stored only during the contract period between the two parties;

All pages on the site are encrypted with an SSL certificate that uses standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by major banks to keep your information secure.
The site has a system to prevent Brute-Force attacks, which involve guessing user passwords. The system blocks any IP address that has incorrectly entered a password more than 5 consecutive times. Additionally, the site is protected with Google ReCaptcha to limit login attempts from automated bots.
Access to the XMLRPC.php file, which is often used by hackers to access content, is blocked.
All IP addresses attempting to access the site's administrative panel from other countries are blocked.
The administrative panel of the site is protected with a server password (encrypted on the server) and a second password (encrypted in the database).
After registration, each user receives their password, which is automatically generated with appropriate length and characters to provide a high level of protection for each account. The password is automatically sent to the email address provided by the USER.
Information is stored in the database in an encrypted form with secure and restricted access.
In the event of a site security breach, the SUPPLIER undertakes to notify all users and the regulatory authority – the Commission for Personal Data Protection – within 72 hours of identifying the breach.
